Starting up a product is a difficult task. While talking to customers is the most insightful task you can do. Understanding the behavior of your users in the app is crucial to set up your business for success.

So the challenge was to set up the product analytics strategy that would enable a scalable and insightful path as the product grows.

After a full audit i created a series of documents with the events taxonomy and reasoning behind each feature and product area, it's key results and altitudes to enable the proper analysis looking forward. After that, a full set of dashboards were created in mix panel for ease of analysis.
