Running at the store

Challenge

We were approached by Nike to create an immersive retail experience that would help showcase the quality and experience of each running shoe. But looking at the JTBD and pains of the runner user persona we found out there was much more to it.

Goal

The experience had to be tailored to each type of runner and showcase all the shoes available in depth while also allowing experts to have tools to sell the running shoes in an immersive way.

Solution

We created a 360 experience, both physical and digital, where runners could try out the shoe at the retail store and run as they would run every day. Also we designed a way to allow the sales experts to fully explore the shoe and get runners fully exited about their next running shoe.
